Finding Us on Arrival at the Nadi International Airport

Upon arriving at Nadi International Airport, clear immigration, pick up your luggage, and pass through Customs. After exiting Customs, head to the Fiji Airports Limited Customer Help Desk for directions to our location.

Your driver concierge will meet you in the Arrivals Hall, where they will have your name on a digital signboard. After verifying your identity with your passport, you will be escorted to your Fiji VIP Transfer for departure to your hotel.

Hotel Pick-Up Information

For hotel-to-hotel or hotel-to-airport transfers, look for our Rosie Holidays driver in the Hotel Foyer with a sign displaying your Booking Name. Drivers will wait up to 30 minutes and will check with hotel reception if you don't appear.

Ensure you provide the correct pick-up time to avoid missing your flight. Drivers will follow local speed limits: 80 km/h on open roads and 60 km/h in town. All vehicles have GPS tracking. For planning, see our estimated driving times from hotels to the airport.

In addition to this, you must also factor in when the check-in counters will close. For example, Fiji Airways check-in counters close 1 hour prior to their flight departure time.
