How do I book a Hilton Fiji airport transfer?
Bookings must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. Call Rosie Holidays on +679 9994377 or email customercare@rosiefiji.com with your full flight details, number of passengers and luggage, and your Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa reservation reference.
Where do I meet my driver at Nadi Airport?
Your Rosie Holidays driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall at Nadi International Airport (NAN) holding a sign with your name and the Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa logo. Drivers track every flight in real time, so late arrivals are covered at no extra cost.
How long is the transfer from Nadi Airport to Hilton Fiji?
Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa is on Denarau Island, roughly 22 km from Nadi International Airport. The drive takes about 25 minutes by private vehicle and 30โ40 minutes by shared coach, depending on other guest drop-offs.
What transfer options are available?
Three options: a Private Premium Transfer (4-seat luxury SUV such as a Toyota Prado), a Private Standard Car Transfer (15-seater private minivan), and a Shared Coach Transfer (22-seater coach shared with other Hilton guests).
Are the vehicles air-conditioned and do they have WiFi?
Yes. Every Rosie Holidays vehicle servicing Hilton Fiji is fully air-conditioned and offers complimentary onboard WiFi. Vehicles are no more than 4 years old and meet Hilton quality and safety standards.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes, child and booster seats are available on request at no extra cost. Please specify the child's age and weight when booking so the correct seat can be fitted.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are refundable. Within 48 hours, charges may apply. Contact customercare@rosiefiji.com to amend or cancel a booking.
Who operates the Hilton Fiji VIP Transfer service?
The service is operated by Rosie Holidays, Fiji's leading licensed ground operator, on behalf of Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa. Drivers are trained on Hilton service standards and all vehicles are Jaltest-certified for safety.
